Medease Health Care

About Medease

A local disability support team focused on dignity, dependable service and meaningful everyday progress.

Who we are

People-first support, delivered with purpose

Medease Health Care supports people with disability to live with greater choice, confidence and connection.

We believe good support begins with listening. Every participant has different routines, relationships, cultural needs, communication preferences and goals. Our role is to understand those details and build a service that feels practical, respectful and reliable.

We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and health professionals so that everyone understands the plan and the participant remains at the centre of decisions.
